The country of Spain is located in the lower western region of Europe, it has a population estimated to be almost at 50 million people going into 2024. The modern spain konwn around the world started in the late 15th century when Queen Isabella I of Castile married King Ferdinand II who was the ruler of the Kingdom of Aragon. This marriage forged the kingdoms and created the modern day spain which is full of culture and history. The official language of the country is Spanish where almost 90% of the country are native speakers. Another large part of spanish history is their religion. With over 50% of the nation being christian there is chruches in almost every town for the people.
Across Spain there are dozens of fantastic different tourist attractions spread out across the entire country. In Granada lies the Alhambra and Generalife gardens, these impressive gardens includes several buildings and a mosque which all features impressive and intricate stone carvings. Also over in Barcelona there is a grand temple which is one of europe's most unconventional churches and is actually still a work in progress. Lastly, in the capital Madrid is The Prado Museum, which is ranked amongst the highest museums for its vast andrich art collections.
